Terms & Conditions of Booking

- A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments
- Appointments starting after 17:00pm are deemed as a premium slot and will incur an £20 extra charge
- Any no-shows, reschedules or cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment is due to start will be charged a non-refundable Cancellation Fee which equates to the 50% appointment deposit fee.
- A £25 lateness fee will apply for appointments arrived at more than 20 minutes late. If you are over 20 minutes late to your appointment, please note that your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled and your 50% deposit retained.
If there is availability on the day/at the time to continue your appointment, you will be informed as to whether this can be accommodated or not.
By confirming your appointment and paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.
